Member Helena Soleto is Professor of Civil Procedure, holds a Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid and a PhD in Law from Carlos III University of Madrid, where she teaches and directs the Intra-Judicial Mediation Programme.She is an accredited mediator with the Madrid Bar Association and a permanent member of the General Commission for Codification of the Ministry of Justice. She combines her academic work with research and participation in conferences, seminars and events at both national and international level.
